As I write this, I can see that the sun is still out and I can hear the birds still singing...and dinner is already over! I love this time of year, when the days stretch longer.
Tonight, we had our first dinner outside for this year. Marinated steaks on the grill with bleu cheese biscuits (shh! don't tell Mike about the stanky cheese!) and a nice salad a la "plain".
I had to break out the newest bowl for this sunshine-y celebration. My most colorful yet. It's definitely a favorite, because I like how it's so darn cheerful! I mean who wouldn't want a big, colorful bowl with pastures and sunshine and cows with a little red house on top???
Those birds are still singin'.....
